Leonard (Len) J. Oremland leads all aspects of distribution for Xponance, including sales, consultant relations, marketing and public relations. He is a member of the Management, Investment Governance & ESG Committees and has over 30 years of global Institutional and cross channel experience, primarily in client facing leadership and engagement roles.

Before joining Xponance, Len served as Managing Director, Head of Global Consultant Relations at OFI Global Asset Management (an OppenheimerFunds company) where he led all aspects of consultant relations efforts and was a member of various internal management, operational and diversity committees. His prior experience includes senior Distribution and Management roles at Ares Management, ING Investment Management and Cowen & Company. He began his investment career at Merrill, Lynch & Co. as a Financial Consultant and Research Analyst. Len earned his BA in Business Administration from Rutgers College and has held FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Len is an active private equity investor (biotech, fintech and entertainment ventures), mentor and contributor to the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE), and Board member / Development Chair of Living Independently for Ever, Inc. (LIFE), a not-for-profit support organization for persons with disabilities. He also volunteers for local (Connecticut) community and food bank organizations.
